Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) The Travel and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for a range of activities associated with clinical travel operations for the HouseCalls program. Employees in this role coordinate travel activities for HouseCalls providers and clinical staff. You will work with site leaders to ensure all service level commitments are met, address questions or requests coming into the telephonic travel queue, and ensure travel related emergencies are addressed in a timely manner. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Execute travel reservations including hotels, rental cars, and flights for traveling clinicians. Interact with our Nurse Practitioners and support them in all aspects of travel. Address travel related inquires to the telephonic travel queue. Review and process travel related expense reports in an accurate and timely manner. Support the preparation and maintenance of reporting packages and dashboards by updating travel related information.
